Prompt Swag provides an AI-powered design platform for creating and purchasing custom merchandise. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of designs you create. By listing designs on our marketplace, you grant Prompt Swag a license to display and sell products featuring your designs.

3. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our fulfillment partner's production and shipping timelines. Refunds are available for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not create or list designs that are unlawful, infringing, hateful, or violate third-party rights.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
